Heidi Harrison autrice de The Four Seasons déjà publié chez Sapphire Books Publishing, a toujours aimé écrire. Dès son plus jeune âge, elle a réalisé que les mots permettaient l”exode de son âme, comme une rhapsodie, développant un sentiment de grâce. L”écriture a été son roc ; ses histoires, le baume de sa guérison dans un monde qui crie pour aller mieux. Elle est née et a grandi dans la région de la baie de San Francisco. Elle est titulaire d”une maîtrise en sciences et psychologie et d”un double diplôme en développement de l”enfant, en anglais et en français. Elle a exercé près de trente ans comme psychothérapeute et professeure. Elle a également appris le violon classique. Elle a beaucoup voyagé à travers le monde, a vécu et étudié plus jeune à Paris et à Grenoble. Elle a écrit plusieurs romans et livres pour enfants, ainsi que d”innombrables histoires, -fiction et non-fiction créative-. Pour chacune de ses œuvres, elle trouve son inspiration dans son imagination, mais aussi dans des histoires de vie réelles, dans l”amour, dans la musique, dans la majesté étonnante de la nature, dans la beauté et le pouvoir des mots, les relations, la diversité des cultures. La notion de résilience du cœur humain domine son œuvre. Nous vivons dans un monde compliqué et stimulant, pourtant, en tant qu”écrivaine, observatrice et professeure, elle reste chaque jour inspirée par la grâce et l”infinie beauté que nous, humains, incarnons. Notre terre éblouissante est une nature infinie. Humblement, elle nous laisse les mots pour tenter de la décrire. Ses histoires ont été publiées dans le magazine The Sun et Still Magazine Point Arts Quarterly.When Paris Was Her Lover est son deuxième roman publié. Il a gagné une mention honorable au Landmark Prize for Fiction 2019 avec Homebound Publications.
