Heather Marie Walker was born in Minnesota as a quiet child with a vivid imagination and the rare ability to read in a room full of screaming children. She grew up in White Bear Lake, but later moved to Goose Creek, South Carolina. In 2013, she graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor’s in Religion and English Literature. She further studied at the Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary.
