She is the featured food historian on the forthcoming series of BBC TV”s Rip Off Britain, Food, and runs a food and cocktail blog, On Hot Buttered Toast. Angela is the Vice-Chair of The Guild of Food Writers. The Vinegar Cupboard is Angela”s first book and won the 2018 Jane Grigson Trust Award.
