Currently, he is Associate Professor (Research) in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) at the University of Derby. Fabienne-Agnes Baumann is a Researcher for the Institut für Innovation und Technik (iit) and Consultant at the VDI/VDE-IT in Munich. Dietmar Frommberger is Professor of Vocational Education at Osnabrück University. Francesco Magni is Associate Professor at University of Bergamo, where he is Deputy Director of the Centre for Quality Teaching, Educational Innovation, and Learning (CQIIA).
