The author holds a Master”s Degree in Oriental Medicine (MSOM) and has been licensed acupuncturist since 2001. Through personal challenges, she examined her life through the filter of essential oils and elixirs. Her findings have led her on a path to wellness for herself and others by combining this knowledge with that of acupuncture. Furthering her education, the author holds a certificate in aromatherapy with the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy or NAHA. The author enjoys the practice of yoga, biking, nature walks and resides in Sunnyside, NY.
