Dr. Tobias Held ist Lehrbeauftragter für besondere Aufgaben an der MSD – Münster School of Design der Fachhochschule Münster. Er studierte Design an der Hochschule Anhalt (Dessau) und der Münster School of Design. 2022 wurde er mit seiner Design- und Medienforschung zu sozio-interaktiven Potentialen der Videotelefonie im Kontext von Nähe und Verbundenheit an der Bauhaus-Universität Weimar promoviert. Forschungsinteresse: Design- und Medienforschung, Design- und Medientheorie, Design- und Mediengeschichte mit einem Fokus auf deutschem Design zwischen 1919 und 1990. Außerdem ist er Mitglied der Gesellschaft für interdisziplinäre Bildwissenschaft, der Gesellschaft für Medienwissenschaft, der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Designtheorie und -forschung. Seit Juli 2018 ist er zudem als Schatzmeister der Gesellschaft für interdisziplinäre Bildwissenschaft (Gi B) aktiv. /// Dr. Tobias Held, is a lecturer at the MSD – Münster School of Design in Münster at the University of Applied Scienes Münster.
