Golf is an extraordinary sport that has a long way ahead and a world of people to invite to include it in their daily life. There are millions of future golfers that still aren`t part of our community and the great challenge is to conquer them. Miguel Donadío pretends with this book to help to meet this great goal sharing his ideas for the management of golf in the 21st century.

Miguel A.R. Donadío is a lawyer and notary public graduated from the ‘Universidad Nacional de la Plata’ (La Plata University). He has a postgraduate degree in Business in the ‘Universidad Católica Argentina de Buenos Aires’ (Catholic University of Argentina in Buenos Aires). He has attended several programs given by the ‘Instituto de Altos Estudios Empresariales’ (IAE) of Argentina (IAE Business School) such as Leadership Training, Agile Projects, Leading People and Aligning the Organizations, Creative Lab, among others. He was trained in the ‘Banco Mundial’ (World Bank) in the seminar called The future of Work; in the Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (Inter-American Development Bank) in Challenges and Opportunities in Digital Economy; in the Georgia Institute of Technology in Innovation Leadership and in the University of Michigan in Successful Negotiation. He is currently studying the diploma in Management of Sport Organizations in the ‘Universidad Blas Pascal’ (Blas Pascal University) in Argentina. He is a co-author of the book ‘Historias de Negociadores’ (Histories of Negotiators) together with Franc Ponti, Garnica editorial. He has been a scratch golfer. He was a vice-president for 5 years and president for 6 years in the ‘Club de Golf Palihue’ (Palihue Golf Club) in Argentina. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of such institution. He has participated in more than 600 golf tournaments for amateurs and 14 professional championships. He has written more than 100 publications related to the world of golf. He manages an important network of the industry of golf in his Linked In profile. He has created the program ‘My first golf day’ aimed to recruit new golfers and the program ‘Booking Tournament’ to make more efficient the annual calendar of tournaments. He is an advisor in the management of golf clubs, associations of that sport and companies anchored in the world of golf.
