Oana Buliga is a research assistant at the Chair of Industrial Management of the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nürnberg. Her research interests are in the field of innovation management, particularly business model innovation and organizational resilience. Kathrin Michl completed the Master in Management program at the Friedrich-Alexander-University of Erlangen-Nürnberg, with a focus on the management of industrial businesses, particularly on global operations strategy, strategic supply management, B2B marketing and industrial services.
