This book covers public welfare methodologies based on the public benefit exploration of the Adream Foundation for more than ten years, to achieve high-quality development of the industry in the future. This book consists of six chapters, containing six topics: establishment of mission & vision, value principles, professional and efficient solution, preparation of long-term strategies, improvement of weak links in management and construction of a collaboration network, involving all links from the vision establishment to implementation. In each chapter, an interview with persons engaged in public welfare, senior media worker, professional evaluation institution or leader of supporting service providers is included. This is to present insights from industry experts by means of interviews and provide external viewpoints.
