Paul Stokes is a Principal Lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University. He is the Research Lead for the Department of Management within Sheffield Business School, as well as leading the MSc Coaching & Mentoring at the University. He is an experienced coach, mentor and supervisor as well as a designer and evaluator of many coaching and mentoring programmes within organizations, including his own. In 2016 he was awarded a Ph D for his pioneering research into the skilled coachee.
