Tony Rousmaniere, Psy D, is the associate director of counseling at the University of Alaska Fairbanks Student Health and Counseling Center, where he directs a clinical training program for Ph D students. Dr. Rousmaniere”s research focus is clinical supervision and training. Edina Renfro-Michel, Ph D, is an associate professor in the Department of Counseling and Educational Leadership at Montclair State University. She is a licensed professional counselor and a nationally approved clinical supervisor. Dr. Renfro-Michel is the editor of the Journal of Counselor Preparation and Supervision. She is also a co-principal investigator for the i SECURE project, funded by the National Science Foundation. Her areas of research include supervision, technology, counselor education, and attachment
