Eric J. Smith, DM, MIOP, MPA, has a Doctorate degree in Management, Master’s Degrees in Public Administration and Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology with Associate’s Degrees in Human Resources, Transportation, Instructor Technology, and Liberal Arts. Dr. Smith has a Professional Manager’s Certification (PMC) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Academics leading to a certification. Dr. Smith has more than 25 years experience working in corporate, government, and college organizations in the United States and around the world.
Dr. Smith’s leadership and organizational performance achievements were recognized by First Lady Michelle Obama, Dr. Jill Biden, Secretary of the Air Force Honorable Deborah Lee James, Air Force Chief of Staff General Mark A. Welsh III, and Sheriff Susan L. Pamerleau, Bexar County, Texas. He has taught hundreds of organizational performance and human capital seminars to more than 60, 000 employees. His coaching and consulting led many individuals and organizations into earning regional and national high performance and organizational awards. Dr. Smith led and participated in several education committees and mentored MBA, Ph.D, DBA, and DM candidates. As an Air Force reservist, Dr. Smith earned 2014 Air Force First Sergeant of the Year Award.
