Supervising and assessing students in practice is central to the nursing and midwifery role. Based around the NMC Standards for Student Supervision and Assessment (2018) and with a brand new chapter on coaching, this book will develop and enhance your knowledge and skills in order to support a wide range of students.
Updated throughout to reflect what has been learned from the early roll-out of supervisory and assessor roles, this is the book you will keep returning to as you encounter different students and scenarios in your practice.
