Penulis: Keng Thye Woo

Dr Woo Keng Thye is Senior Consultant Physician and Head of the Department of Renal Medicine, Singapore General Hospital and Clinical Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore. For the past 25 years, he has been teaching Renal Medicine to medical students. He is also a lecturer in Renal Medicine for the Master of Medicine Course in Internal Medicine. He is the immediate past President of the Singapore Society of Nephrology. He obtained his training in Nephrology at the Royal Melbourne Hospital in Australia. This book on Clinical Nephrology is Dr Woo's first comprehensive textbook on kidney diseases. Besides this, he has written several other books on kidney diseases: Know Your Kidneys, All You Need to Know About Your Kidneys, 101 Questions and Answers About Your Kidneys and Handbook on Clinical Nephrology. In addition, he has also written several literary books: Risen Ash (a collection of poems), Web of Tradition, Winds of Change (novels), Encounter and Other Stories (a collection of short stories), Reincarnation and Other Stories and Obsession and Other Stories.
