He has been a senior partner with one of the world”s leading consulting firms, and for the past twenty years he has operated a boutique consultancy based in Montreal. Throughout his career, the consulting approach has been to involve clients deeply in the process so that it actually becomes their process. This mass of experience has provided the know-how required to propose an effective process for companies to design and execute successful strategies to create a winning future Michel lives in Montreal, Canada. He is an associate of Henry Mintzberg’s Coaching Ourselves Network and a member of the Program Committee of the Ecole d’Entrepreneurship de Beauce. In December 2007, he received his black belt in Kyokushin karate.
