Patrick Williams, Ed D, Mcc, is the founder and CEO of the
Institute for Life Coach Training. Dr. Williams is the Chairperson
of the Coaching Psychology Department of The International
University for Professional Studies and serves on the Board of
Directors of the International Coach Federation. A leader in
professional coaching, Dr. Williams has made significant
contributions to this evolving field and has coauthored Therapist

Sharon K. Anderson, Ph D, is Associate Professor at
