Rachel Lewis is Doctoral Researcher with the Collaboration of Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care at Manchester University.
Dr Helen Noble is Lecturer in the Adult Nursing Department, at City University, London, UK. She has extensive research expertise in nephrology nursing, particularly related to those who opt not to embark on dialysis.
