Simonetta Manfredi is Professor of Equality and Diversity Management and Director of the Centre for Diversity Policy Research and Practice at Oxford Brookes University, UK. Lucy Vickers is Professor of Law at Oxford Brookes University, UK. Lucy’s main research area is the protection of human rights within the workplace and aspects of equality law.
