Queen’s Bridge, South Carolina, is a sleepy Southern town nestled along the banks of the Black River. Raleigh Myers has just closed his first major case as the newly-elected Sheriff of Craven County and he is looking forward to some well-earned vacation time. His rest and relaxation is put on hold by a gruesome discovery in one of the countless swamps outside of the small town.
