A native of Omaha, Nebraska, SUE PERKINS graduated from University of Nebraska at Omaha where her love for the theater bloomed. An award winning actress and singer, Sue has earned lead roles in Evita, Gypsy, Hello, Dolly, Mame and On Golden Pond, to name only a few. Her performances took her throughout the U.S. and Europe. This author was once offered the job of “girl singer” with the Tommy Dorsey band. With her imaginative mind, writing a novel has always been a dream. A fan of Koontz and King, Sue has always leaned toward the unusual and mystical, and there will always be an animal in her tales because of her belief that those household creatures know things that no one else does. Sue is a widow with two grown children, Leslie and Ken. She resides in Omaha and still haunts the cabaret theaters. Her late husband, Lee, the love of her life, was forever a faithful supporter.
