Anja Richert currently holds a professorship for agile management at the faculty of mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University and is the managing director of the Center for Learning and Knowledge Management (ZLW) at the Cybernetic-Cluster IMA/ZLW & If U in Aachen. Marcus Petermann is the head of the Institute for Particle Technology at the Institute for Mechanical Engineering at Ruhr-University Bochum. His main areas of research include high pressure process technology, design of particle systems and the usage of CO2 as a raw material.  Sabina Jeschke is head of the Cybernetic-Cluster IMA/ZLW & If U and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at RWTH Aachen University.
