William Mc Dougall (1871-1938) was an Anglo-American psychologist who underwent psychoanalysis with Jung. An advocate of the study of parapsychology, his contributions to the theories of instinct and social psychology were important. Among his notable works are The Group Mind (1920), Character and the Conduct of Life (1927), and Energies of Men (1932).
