Instead of just feeling anger or fear, use all of your emotions as the energy essential for changing a belief you have, no matter how strong or deeply rooted. Any belief can be dismantled and thus, evolved.
You not only have the right to do this, because of the changes in the world. You have to change yourself to be productive in your own personal relationships and society at large.
All lives matter. Change from believing yourself to be too timid or apathetic to believing yourself to having strong will and faith.
