David A. Escobar Arcay earned his Ph D at The Lynch School of Education at Boston College and a Master of Education at The Harvard University Graduate School of Education. He currently serves as Associate Professor of Leadership and Ethics at Nova Southeastern University Abraham S. Fischler College of Education.
