Giant Gerry was so, so big that when he was born, people started calling him Giant Gerry. When he went to school, he was the biggest of all, the only one different. There he learned many things… but the most important one was the value of friendship. And he showed everyone that his he art was as big as he was!

Bill Borge
Hi, my name is Fábio, but everybody calls me Bill. I was born in a small town in the countryside of São Paulo state, called Penápolis. Nowadays, I live in the sprawling and amazing city of São Paulo. I have a degree in Design and Education.
I like to say with the greatest and most loving conviction that I am an ‘illustr-author’— an illustrator and author, weaving drawings and words into books. I have authored six books. I draw almost every day, I have illustrated many literary books and some textbooks too, more than 60 titles in all. The illustrations in this book were made with paper, black pens and a computer to add emotions, artifice and some small details.
