Emilios Christodoulidis ocupa a cátedra de Jurisprudência na Escola de Direito da Universidade de Glasgow. Desde 2010, é também docente da Universidade de Helsinque (Finlândia). Foi professor visitante na European Academy for Legal Theory em Bruxelas (1996-1998), na Faculdade de Direito na Antuérpia (2008), na Universidade de Sidney (2014) e na Universidade Federal de Recife (2015). É autor de diversos artigos sobre teoria constitucional, teoria democrática, teoria legal crítica e justiça de transição. Sua obra Law and reflexive politics ganhou o European Award for Legal Theory em 1996 e o prêmio Society of Legal Scholars de 1998.
