As any teacher can attest to, our students provide lots of material, if so inclined, to write about. Sometimes serious, more oftentimes, humorous. In the various settings where I have taught both home and abroad, there hasn”t been a day that goes by when I hear a student say, “I need help.” Unfortunately, depending on class size it isn”t always easy to get to everyone promptly. Wouldn”t it be nice to have a magic wand to help out? Or how about a magic cat. Mine came from Vygotsky and the ZPD.
