Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. Bruder’s edition (1843-46) is the best of the older collected ones, but is neither complete nor very accurately printed. I have, however, preserved the references to the sections introduced, I believe, by Bruder in some of the works, as they may possibly still be of use to readers who possess that edition.
