Jill C. Esau is the public sector grants manager for the Seattle/Tacoma Metro Division at World Vision. Esau has worked as a staff member and volunteer for churches, schools, and community organizations for the past twenty-five years. She cofounded We Care Northwest and has advised and consulted with scores of churches, schools, and faith-based organizations on issues ranging from board development to government contracting.
