John Cooper is a retired engineer. The Groom’s Arrival is his first adventure into the formal publication process. In his forty-five-year service before the Lord, he has devoted many hours to his church, men’s organizations, twelve-step groups, and Bible teaching. He has been a volunteer in prison ministries since 1973 and travels overseas with Men for Missions. John and his wife Linda live in northwest Ohio, where they frequently enjoy the company of their three grown children, their spouses, and six grandchildren.
