She is the Founder and Director of the Yoga Psychology Institute (worldwide) and the Centre for Mind Body Wellness (Australia). After a decade of teaching about mental health on various yoga teacher training courses, Dr Tober has been sharing the Mental Health Aware Yoga training since 2019. She lives in Mullumbimby, Australia.
