Marilda Rosado de Sá Ribeiro (Org.) is an associate professor of Private International Law and Petroleum Law of the Law School of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). She holds a Ph D in International Law from the Law School of the University of São Paulo (USP). Partner of Barbosa, Raimundo, Gontijo and Câmara Advogados; member-partner of the Brazilian Society of International Law; member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN); founding partner of the Center for Excellence in Development, Oil, Energy and Mining (CEDPEM); vice-president of the International Academy of Comparative Law; member of the board of trustees of the Brazilian Academy of International Law and member of the International Law Association (ILA).
