Morgan Mc Glynn Carr is the UK’s leading cheese expert and owner of Cheeses of Muswell Hill, an award-winning independent cheese shop in North London. She is also the resident Cheese Expert on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and a top judge at the World Cheese Awards. Starting the shop age 21, she was Britain’s youngest female cheesemonger and has spent the subsequent years traveling the UK and the world, working with celebrated mongers and makers, and learning to make, mature, and sell cheese.
