Patti Dammier has been an educator of horses/riders for over thirty years and with a Ph D in psychology, she uses her expertise to write about horse training based on scientific theories and educational methods. During twenty-three-years overseas, while teaching elementary school, she studied equestrian disciplines in Spain, Germany, Portugal, and England. Many of the story situations described in this book are based on her true-life experiences. Her latest book researches the newest interest in the genetic horse testing and the ancestry of the Mystery Mare, and how the skill of flying drones is providing information about wild horse herds.
