Phillip Rumrill, Ph.D., CRC, is a Professor of Rehabilitation Counseling and Director of the Center for Disability Studies at Kent State University in Ohio. Dr. Rumrill received his bachelor”s and master”s degrees from Keene State College in New Hampshire and his doctorate from the University of Arkansas. He has authored or co-authored more than 130 professional journal articles; 40 book chapters, measurement instruments, and training manuals; and 6 books entitled Employment Issues and Multiple Sclerosis, Multiple Sclerosis: A Guide for Rehabilitation and Health Care Professionals, Research in Rehabilitation Counseling, Research in Special Education, Occupational Neurology, and Emerging Issues in Rehabilitation Counseling. He is also a frequent presenter at national and international conferences in health care, rehabilitation, and education.
