The book is an elaboration of the plan, described in Chapter Seven, of our book: The Church in Crisis. It is really a small handbook, and includes four short chapters. There is much more detail than in The Church in Crisis, chapter Seven.
The book is a practical working manual. It fleshes out a plan given to the authors by God.
The plan is to assist people, in any geographic area, who will come together to form a working committtee in order to help all those people in their area to draw closer to God. This will allow God to re-establish His headship over His Church.
Chapter Two is devoted to the functions of this local area committee. Chapter Three describes the function of small local bodies who will come together to mentor each other in learning how to be led by God’s Spirit.
Chapter Four describes the method for managing the situation to obtain the results desired. The desired result is for all people in the Lord’s body to draw closer to Him.

Alta Ada Williams, Ph.D., for many years was a college/university professor in English and Latin. She has taught Bible classes for most of her life. In working in Christian literature, she has edited a number of works by other authors and has authored Healing: What God Has Provided for His Children (rev. 2018), and The Character of God as revealed in His YHWH Compound Names.
