Shannon Daley-Harris is the Religious Affairs Advisor and Proctor Institute Director for the Children’s Defense Fund (CDF). During her more than twenty-five years with CDF, she has created the Samuel De Witt Proctor Institute for Child Advocacy Ministry and the National Observance of Children’s Sabbaths. Her work includes speaking, preaching, leading retreats and workshops, and consulting with religious groups from the national to the local level.
