About the author

Jackie Bennett writes about gardens, wildlife and natural history. Her books include Wild About the Garden (1998, Channel 4), The Writer’s Garden (Frances Lincoln, 2014) and Shakespeare’s Garden (Frances Lincoln, 2016) which was a finalist for the Garden Media Guild’s Inspirational Book of the Year.
