About the author

James Wafula Wanyama was born in Bungoma county; Kenya on 25th August 1980.He went to Konoin primary school and later Friends school Kamusinga for his Kenya certificate of Secondary Education. He later Joined Moi University where he pursued a Bachelor of Education Degree and A master of Philosophy in Human Resource Development. He is in his final stages towards achieving a Ph D in Human Resource Management from Kenyatta university .
James has written and published many scholarly articles in international refereed journals as well as presentations in several international conferences. He currently a lecturer, a management consultant and researcher.
