About the author
Jeremy Vearey grew up in Elsies River. Active in the struggle as an MK member, he was eventually imprisoned on Robben Island with various other political prisoners. Vearey is currently a Major General in the SAPS. His writing has won him a large following on his blog (http://thedialecticalcop.blogspot.co.za) and on Facebook.
