This new world is ruled by three great powers wisdom, outward appearance (or show and forte. Love, the great educator, does not rule, for that is not her mission, but all culture is based on love. The pro found truth expressed in these words may not at first be recognized, but the more we study life, the evolution of nations and of individuals, the more clearly shall we understand its significance.
