About the author
Dr. Lefei Li is an associate professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering, Tsinghua University. He is mainly engaged in teaching and research in service operation and management, complex system modeling and simulation and systems engineering. Currently, Dr. Li is serving as the council chair and associate head of the Department of Industrial Engineering, Tsinghua University. He also serves as associate editor for journals including IEEE Intelligent Systems, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Vehicles, Asia-Pacific Journal of Operations Research, and Digital Transformation & Society. He is an editorial board member of ACTA Automatica Sinica. Additionally, He held leadership positions with academic societies such as Assistant Director of the Academic Committee at INCOSE, Co-Chair of the Board of the INCOSE Beijing Chapter.
