The Great Christmas Adventure [EPUB ebook] 

I live in Louisville, Kentucky. I am a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a degree is Elementary Education. I wanted to teach children how to read, but the Lord had other plans. So, I have used my teaching abilities working with the children in church. In my professional life I work with college students, mainly adults who enter college after years of being out of school, and they have taught me you should never stop learning.
People tend to think of Christmas and Easter as separate holidays, but I think of them as the beginning and ending of the same. Christmas is the start of the adventure believers have with the Lord, and I suspect the angels had quite a few adventures themselves as they told Mary and Joseph, shepherds, and The Wise men some pretty fantastic news – Good New!
I like to do needle work, especially quilting. I come from a long line of quilters. I also like to read histories, biographies, mysteries and poetry. When my church celebrated it 100th anniversary I wrote the church’s history. I have had one of my short stories published as well as poems and devotional material.
