About the author
Maria Eugenia has illustrated countless books for both children and adults. In 2001, she added the Bologna Ragazzi Award (New Horizons) to her vast collection of awards, earned in Brazil and overseas. She regularly participates in international exhibitions and catalogs, such as the NY Society of Illustrators, American Illustration, and the Bologna Illustrators Exhibition. She also collaborates with the Folha de S. Paulo newspaper and other publications.
