Vicky Katsoni is an Associate Professor of ICT Applications in Tourism Marketing at the Tourism Department of the University of West Attica (former TEI of Athens), Greece, a Professor of Tourism Marketing on the MSc program of Tourism Management at the Greek Open University, and academic supervisor of the e-tourism module at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, e-learning programs. She has published books on tourism in both Greek and English, as well as chapters in edited volumes and numerous papers in highly academic journals. She is the President of the nonprofit International Association of Cultural and Digital Tourism (IACu Di T.org) and an editorial board member for many journals in the field of tourism and marketing. Her research interests include tourism marketing, cultural tourism, e-tourism, and tourism consumer behavior and she has participated in a number of European and national research projects. Marival Segarra-Oña is an Associate Professor of Innovation and Competitiveness in the Business School of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain. She holds a Ph D in management and BS degrees in industrial engineering and mechanical engineering. During 2011 and 2012 she was a visiting scholar at the Center for Hospitality Research (CHR) at Cornell University, where she became a Research Associate. She has also been a visiting scholar at Bath University, UK, and is currently collaborating with the Cornell Institute for Healthy Futures. Her research interests include strategy and innovation management, sustainability, and eco-innovation management.
