About the author

Mary Mc Murran is Professor in the University of Nottingham’s Institute of Mental Health. She has authored more than 100 academic articles and book chapters, many of which address the assessment and treatment of alcohol-related aggression, is a Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is also a recipient of the BPS Division of Forensic Psychology’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
