Hope – as fleeting as it is – comes in the form of a small band of relic hunters from Michurinsk, but they, too, are trapped within the territory of the orc horde.

Alan’s adventures with literature began as they should: with Tolkien’s The Hobbit, read to him as a child by his father. His love of fantasy and science fiction eventually led him to RPGs – most notably Dungeons & Dragons – where world building became a fascination. After majoring in Physics at Furman University and Civil Engineering at Clemson University, he became a licensed engineer and now works for an international Engineering-Procurement-Construction company.
