Aimee Mackovic is alive because of two selfless donors. She is an award-winning poet, writer of creative non-fiction, and professor of English who works and writes from Austin, Texas.She graduated with her B.A from Wake Forest University and her M.F.A. from Spalding University. Before she began teaching, she worked in costume shops in New York City making costumes for Broadway.
