Javier Matanza, Ph D, is a Research Professional with the Institute for Research in Technology, and a Lecturer with the Comillas Pontifical University, Spain. He received his Ph D in 2013 from the same university. Ramon Ferrús, Ph D, is an Associate Professor at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), from which he received his Ph D in 2000. He has authored two books and 130+ publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences on topics related to wireless communications.
