Grim Mortem dislikes the fact she is being forced to attend Elderwall Boarding College, the next step for any new Magus who wishes to take their place amongst the Order. It’s not that she doesn’t LIKE the idea of furthering her education, but it’s more of the fact that she cannot use magick to save her life.

However, as she finds herself surrounded by new company, she discovers that not everything in her world is as it seems. She always said that things didn’t add up, that the Order and her life as a Magus didn’t make sense. But what if that wasn’t just her imagination…what if it was true?
